Paravna and Nooria stopped fighting because Nooria wants to help Parvana by not getting in Parvana's nerves and she doesn't want Parvana to waste her energy by arguing with her and her mother, so going on their mother's side, she went to Parvana"s side.

If I were in the same situation as Shauzia, I wouldn't leave my family because they're depending on me and that's my job to feed them and help them whenever they need me.

I think they chose to stay because it's where they grew up and it's their home to stay and live there and also they got used to the routines in Afghanistan, so it's going to tough adjusting in a new routine and new people around them.
